Le Bar

– where dinner turns to night.

In a city where elegance can be felt even in the sea air, Le Bar Palm Beach has become the place where people come not just to eat, but to experience the moment.

It is a restaurant, a lounge and a stage at the same time. A space where luxury and casualness, gastronomy and mood, aesthetics and the sound of glasses clinking in the rhythm of the evening are harmoniously combined.

Atmosphere

Le Bar is the light that falls softly on the marble tables. It’s the bartenders who remember your favorite wine. It’s the DJ who changes the beat as soon as dessert is served.

The interior is created in warm hues with wood grain, metallic accents and soft velvet – just the way luxury looks when it’s not trying to look like it.

Evenings here start with happy hour (from 17:00 to 19:00) – a glass of wine or a cocktail in hand, a few appetizers, smiles of people at the neighboring tables. After nine – the restaurant gradually turns into a lounge with live music, where the evening does not have an exact ending.

Chef

Chef Matteo Caboni is the heart and philosophy behind Le Bar Palm Beach. Born in Sardinia, he brings to each dish the warmth of the Mediterranean Sea and the respect for the product learned in the kitchen of the family hotel.

Matteo Caboni

After years working at Nobu, Noma, Azurmendi and Mirazur restaurants, Matteo has combined Italian soul with international technique to create a menu where simplicity meets precision and classic meets innovation. At Le Bar, his cuisine is an experience where Palm Beach takes on a Mediterranean flavor and each dinner becomes a story you want to live slowly.

The menu is about flavor, not ostentation

Chef Matteo Caboni has created a menu in which each dish is a balance between classic and author’s approach.
His concept is simple: minimum ingredients, maximum sensations.

Bottom line

Le Bar Palm Beach is not just a restaurant. It is a place where people come for mood, for inspiration, for conversations that last till midnight.

It’s a gathering place for those who appreciate balance: between simplicity and elegance, between dinner and night, between the sound of a glass and the music of a piano.

Palm Beach has many restaurants, but Le Bar is the one where you want to stay for another drink.
