— a restaurant among waves and wind.
There are places you don’t just come to for dinner — but simply to be.
Where the kitchen is an extension of nature, and every dish is grown just meters from your table.

Sia Eli is exactly that kind of restaurant. Cozy, open, tucked among the trees on the Gümüşlük coastline.
Unpretentious, unhurried — but with a depth of flavor that lingers long after the meal.

This isn’t fine dining — it’s pure dining.
Not a performance with waiters in white gloves, but real, living gastronomy — from the garden, the sea, and the fire.
An atmosphere that speaks without words
Sia Eli is located in Gümüşlük — the most atmospheric corner of Bodrum, where the sea breeze mingles with the scent of lavender and fresh herbs.

The tables are set right in the middle of the garden. Sometimes dinner is accompanied by birdsong, sometimes by live music.
But always — there’s calm, soft lighting, and fresh air.
It’s the perfect place for a dinner for two, a relaxed family meal, or a celebration without formality.

The restaurant’s concept is farm-to-table — and it’s not just a pretty phrase.
At Sia Eli, vegetables, herbs, and fruits are grown on their own farm. Some ingredients are picked in the morning to be served that very evening.
Fish is caught nearby. Meat is cooked over an open flame — often right in front of the guests.

This is a blend of Turkish tradition and the personal vision of chef Tolgar Mireli, known for his work at Lokanta Maya in Istanbul.
The menu shifts with the seasons, but there are a few signature dishes that remain year-round:

Let’s also take a look at the drinks on the restaurant’s menu:

The average bill for two with wine is €45–60.
And this is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant — an award for high-quality cuisine at a reasonable price.

Who will love it

Sia Eli isn’t about format — it’s about feeling.
You dine among the trees, catch the sea breeze, savor the taste of lemon sorbet and toasts with a glass of wine.
And you realize: you’ll definitely want to come back — not just for the food, but for the moment itself.
