Margherita: Italian Classics at New Heights in Bukovel

A Culinary Journey Amid the Carpathian Mountains

Visiting Bukovel is not just about snowboards, skis, and stunning mountain landscapes. It’s also about the opportunity to enjoy delicious food in a cozy spot that blends the traditions of cuisine and comfort.

And Margherita is exactly that kind of place. A restaurant where every ingredient is carefully considered, where the atmosphere speaks for itself, and where the taste of each dish transports you straight to the sun-drenched streets of Italy.

Story and Concept

The restaurant is part of the popular La Famiglia group, which has already won the hearts of food lovers across Ukraine. What makes Margherita special is that it’s not just another Italian café in the mountains — it’s a place that brings a slice of real Italy to the heart of the Carpathians.

It was opened specifically in Bukovel to give guests the chance to enjoy not only active leisure but also a proper meal after a day spent on the slopes.

The founders’ idea was to combine the coziness of a mountain resort with the soul of Italian cuisine. Fresh air, the scent of pine and snow, breathtaking views, and exceptional food — all of it creates the perfect place for both rest and culinary discovery.

Menu: Italian Tradition in the Heart of the Carpathians

The key to Margherita’s menu is uncompromising quality. Every dish is made with the finest ingredients, most of which are delivered directly from Italy. Italian cuisine is known for its simplicity and authenticity — and that’s exactly what’s reflected here.
